Ap is garbage, card worked way better, especially when trying to access remote locations.
This app does not work with my Android. Tried 30 times, called Matrix help desk and they cannot figure it out. So now what? Our key cards worked just fine. Why change it??

Awesome
Nothing worse than standing at a front door and the "GPS location" just spins and spins... app doesn't respond and then crashes. Lately I've been crossing my fingers that the app will work amd I'll be able to open a lockbox. Having to call around to get a one day code is a hassel! Embarrassing when we talk the perks of having electronic, logged access and then it doesn't love up to the hype. Fix the glitches and figure out how to not make it so wifi dependent.

Easy peasy!
App works when it wants to, which isn't very often. To get it to start working again, I had to delete all cached memory, passwords, delete the app, restart the phone, put it in airplane mode for 5 minutes, then give internet access back, download the app, open it and was finally allowed to enter the login information. It's a long drawn out process. Putting this here, in hopes that it helps others, because IT support isn't terribly supportive.
